I mentioned earlier that I'm what many would call an Otaku. But really the term has been misused too much that now it has a different meaning. If anything, I think the right term to describe my love and addiction for Anime and anything related would be a "hardcore fan" but calling me an 'otaku' would still be accurate as my college course is computer related.
Anyway, I have a deep love for Anime since even before I became a gamer, I remember the first animes that I watched were Voltes V, Doraemon, Dragon Balls, Yu Yu Hakusho (known as Ghost Fighter in the Filipino dub) and Flame or Recca. Growing up, my absolute favorite was Naruto and anyone who had negative opinions about the series would meet my 'wrath'. But it wasn't until I became a high school student when I started broadening my field and finally left mainstream (and not to mention overrated) animes.
I've been keeping a list of my Top 30 Animes, updated whenever I finish watching an Anime which greatly affected me emotionally and other -ally. Here's my current Top 30 Animes:
