July 24 + 25, 2013

Yeah, here comes another two day post. This time my excuse is academic related plus lack of energy to bring myself to complete each day with a blog post.

Anyways, I'll just summarize the events yesterday in one small paragraph.

July 24, 2013

I had the usual morning of STAT 1. After my first subject, when I got back to the apartment, I took a nap for an hour and a half. During that time I experienced lucid dreaming for about 3 or 4 times in very short intervals (but seemed like hours in the warped dream-time). I woke up feeling a little energized.
We had a normal exercise in CSMC 57, my partner was also my classmate in CMSC 2 last semester.
After the exercise, on my way home, one of my friends crossed paths with me and decided to come along with me to the apartment to copy my files of Robotics;Notes. Afterwards, I bought my lunch at Chowking.
We had an unusual exercise done by a student assistant (our professor was missing in action). Anyways, it was a silly replacement for a true lecture but still, since we got an early dismissal, it was a win-win situation.
I got back to the apartment and spent the rest of the afternoon practically tired and with a sore throat.

July 25, 2013

I woke up this morning with my sore throat not any better than yesterday. Still, I didn't skip my PE 2 class because today was our practicum - a ranked 3 km run. Of course, considering my weight and overall fitness, my getting in last place was inevitable. My time was 23 minutes.

I got back to my apartment feeling exhausted but I still went on my day normally.
We had normal lectures in CMSC 21 and MATH 27. We didn't have any classes in both CMSC 57 and HUM 1. But the sad thing here is, our professor announced in CMSC 57 that we wouldn't have any classes this day but our HUM 1 professor was missing in action and we had to wait for a solid 30 minutes before we were actually free to go.

In that period of waiting, I caught sight of a small paper crane lying on the ground and near her is a green post-it.
I picked up the post-it and made my smallest paper crane yet. When we were dismissed, I decided to bring the little white paper crane with me.

We had another challenging exercise in STAT 1 but our group managed to enjoy it (no matter how mind boggling it was).
We finished the exercise exactly on time. I went straight to the church via dirt road. The sky was magnificently designed with a lot of lightnings today. There was one which I was unable to see because I was inside the adoration chapel, but the thunder sure did reach me and all the other people there.

I studied a little this night.
My neighbors upstairs are really irritating. They've been tapping the floor now for 30 minutes. I don't know what they're up to but it is really annoying.
