Outside the playfield

While I am indeed going full blast with my current games for the 3DS, the down time during the console's 3 and a half hour charging time leaves me open to new discoveries.
But I can be sure that I am not using my time wisely.

So far my current routine has been Play.Surf.Watch.Eat.Sleep. Rinse and repeat.
I'm not complaining really and I could keep it up until the end of the holiday season, but I can't help but worry about the coming school activities.
This vacation is like the down time to the university's game time. Once the vacation ends it's inevitable that they go full blast on us feeding us with knowledge beyond all mercy.

I've also ruined my promise of completing the remaining 672 cranes. I'll still complete the 1000 cranes though for the sake of the time and hard work I put into the creation of the other 328 cranes but completion within the 1 year mark won't be easy on my current pace. I even forgot the papers that I should be using back at my apartment at the university.
I've slowly expanded my collection of animes starting from the first day of the vacation but I still haven't moved from the last episode that I watched from Nichijou. I also forgot my other anime titles back at the university.
...See what happens when you're too excited and in a complete rush?

Other good news is that my tonsillitis is partially healed now. I only feel a small irritation when I swallow my saliva but water and all other edible things are no problem for me right now.

The entertainment brought by the box with cathode ray tubes intellectually called the "Television" weren't interesting as they were in the past. The T.V. shows today in several of my favorite channels, though interesting, are all boring now with continuous repetition.
Right now I see Balls as the best sports channel that we have, and Star Movies as the best movie channel  (even though a certain unspeakable method of obtaining HD copies earlier lies explicitly on the web).

I also have started watching the Game of Thrones on my laptop. Each season only has a few episodes but the length more than makes up for it. The next series on my non-anime list are Drake and Josh and Breaking Bad.

...all that and yes, I got a new haircut.
