Game of Thrones season 4 predictions

SPOILER ALERT...

...to those who didn't read the book. Fans and loyal followers of the novel series will find nothing harmful in this post.

While I myself never read the series, I take pleasure in spoiling myself through the contents of the web.

The latest trailer for the new season of Game of Thrones was released yesterday. As with the previous installments, the successor to each season only gets darker.
Season 3 ended with a lot of tragic events most notably the Red Wedding but grieve not for our strong Catelyn Tully isn't exactly out of the series yet.
In the books she died, yes, but a certain man in the Brotherhood Without Banners gave his seventh life to revive the matriarch of House Stark just three days after her supposed death. Though what we got (or will get) is something different than the strong, wise and caring mother of the Starks.

We also see clips of a royal wedding in King's Landing as well as Tyrion bound in handcuffs and locked in a prison cell. So far the only other notable wedding that I've read about in the series other than the Red Wedding is the Purple Wedding. The long time plea of fans of the series will finally be answered as the Vicious Idiot will finally bite the dust, but sadly Tyrion is accused of the crime.

Some of the other deaths in the series, which I consider tragic seeing as he's one of my favorite characters will be none other than House Lannister's patriarch. He be shittin' no gold says a heart broken Tyrion as he was reminded of the 'set-up' that he experienced years before the series started.
The Hound, Sandor Clegane, one of the unsung heroes in the novels might also be in the prospect of a merciless slow death after we see Arya alone and raising her Needle (which I thought had been lost all this time).

A lot of developments will definitely happen in this season. Men of the Night's Watch will take up arms to fend off the Wildlings. One of the episodes might just be one of the heartbreaking moments for Jon Snow. Bran has finally reached south-south of the Wall, and boy did he grow up fast in Hodor's back.

Another certain event in the upcoming season in the crafting of the two swords, Oathkeeper and Widow's Wail, made from the melted great sword Ice which belonged to Eddard Stark. Because of this, it is inevitable that Brienne of Tarth will again play a large role in this season. While I greatly enjoyed her journey with Jaime, this time she's a one woman army.

Season 4 will be airing on April 4. But most of you will probably torrential tribute it.
