My electric bill has gone up again for the January 22 to February 22 period. Last month I got less than 400 PhP on my bill, this time it soared up to more than 800. This might be because I've experimented with all the cooking equipment here in my apartment.
I have an electric grill, a microwave and an electric steamer. I've since ate quite a lot of new instant and cooked foods at the expense of a high electric bill.
Also, I don't know why but I received a disconnection notice from Meralco stating that if I don't pay the fee that I "simply overlooked" according to them, they'd disconnect my line on the 28th. My mom was surprised by that notice seeing as she always payed the bills on time and, if not exact, a few pesos more.
Thanks to that notice, mom settled the bill earlier than usual.
Well at least that's one problem off the wall.
All of my classes this afternoon were given to us by free time. I went to the Main Library of the university for a while to search for the books that I need as reference for my LRP. Those reference books, though I already have the call # were not in the shelves as stated by the main lib.'s website. Well not to worry, there are still probably more references out there. It's not like the third week of March is a little over three weeks away...oh wait...
Anyway, having this afternoon for free time, I made myself another omurice after a long time.
I succeeded this time, but it doesn't look quite like those in animes or live action maid cafes.
I wanted to do a step-by-step picture of how-to for the omurice but I got caught up with the process and so I only got the finished product:
It still lacks in flavor. I put in too much onions, too less garlic fro the fried rice, no chicken and I next time it's probably more recommended if I used 3 eggs instead of two and I should probably mix in a few spoons of mayonnaise to get a fluffier appearance.
Oh well, at least in general I finally got the Omurice...Omu-right... YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.
