Well...I'm back

I didn't think I'd be back here so soon after a long streak of 'don't-know-what-to-post' days. To be honest, until now I'm still thinking something smart to post.
Last Friday I gave this blog my word that I'd post about my mom and my visit to the last day of the February Fair here in UPLB. Well a promise is a promise, the good thing here is that I didn't promise when I'd post it. I'm still a little demotivated to do anything serious aside from academics right now. Oh academics, a beautiful words that strikes fear and uncertainty to individuals such as myself.

I finally got my two-year old camera that I lovingly named Neon. Her trip to the CCCC was about the same number of months as there are the letter 'C' in their abbreviated name (the abbreviation is just a customer-given title so don't take it seriously). She works fine right now and I really hope she doesn't malfunction again. Everyday life is a whole lot exciting with a camera around. Still, with the confines of the university and my room, and the troubles of academics (sigh) I can't use Neon to her full potential yet. There're lots of moments to capture but the time to do that isn't quite there yet.
Alright enough about academics.

I've progressed slowly in watching some of my anime titles. I've started Ixion Saga and still watching Shingetsutan Tsukihime. I slightly regret watching Carnival Phantasm first because, even with already the base knowledge of the series, I somehow find Tsukihime's plot and characters hard to take seriously. It feels weird to see them all serious and formal when back at Carnival Phantasm Akiha was a, well in a way, wacky tsundere.

I'm currently at episode 5 of both titles. Ixion Saga DT's humor is well to the extremes, the story isn't that remarkable as of now, though. I do love the puns.

I suppose I'd be posting regularly again. Borrowing Samwise Gamgee's words as the Lord of the Rings film series drew to a close, "Well, I'm back."
