Hyrule passing by

Yesterday was an exhausting day even if I spent the majority of it sleeping at the back of my parents' car. I'm sure it's the lovechild of stress and worry in equal heavy hitting parts.

It was a non-stop journey from our home all the way to our stopover at the last gas station in the South Expressway around 12 in the afternoon. After eating lunch at Tokyo Tokyo, mom probably remembered my love for horses (oh those animals never fail to make me smile, much like Sheldon with Koalas) as she quickly pointed out a ranch beside the gas station.

I forgot the name of the ranch but it holds a horseback riding attraction for 150 (or so) PhP for 30 minutes. Because of time constraints, and also my weight, we refrained from inquiring about the ranch and the horses but I am given a nice remembrance by the universe that even if I'll be halting playing any videogames for a while, it's still there with my inner gamer spirit.

The ranch my mom saw is like the Lon Lon Ranch and the horse nearest to us looked (well close enough) to Epona.

Needless to say, seeing a real life Epona lifted my spirits for a while with a little excitement over the coming weeks. It's just a little unfortunate that I didn't have my ocarina at that time and the song book. I could have played Epona's song for her and who knows, she might've even jumped over the fence and greeted me.
