This one covers Black Saturday.
Before we all went to attend the Easter Vigil mass at San Roque, we ate lunch and spent part of the afternoon in one of my favorite places in our hometown - Barangay(Zone) Looc.
It's almost our tradition to eat lunch there at least once every time my relatives come to visit. This time around was a little more extreme than the previous afternoon lunches that we had there because of my cousins' and uncles' wild ideas.
My relatives brought their ATV and buggy when they came to visit with the purpose of taking it out for a wild ride in an open space with not much people around. I also got a turn, and it was definitely better than riding a bike. Aside from the nice ride, I also got to fly a kite and get a small wound from a barbed fence thanks to my excellent kite flying skills.
The afternoon went by quickly because my relatives were then preparing their stuff to leave early and get ahead of the possible traffic jam going to Manila.
We all left our house around 5:40 pm. The original plan was we go to San Roque to attend the Easter Vigil mass, and my relatives will go straight home. But thanks to heavy traffic in Subic and Barretto, we missed the lighting of the Pascal Candle and my relatives decided to attend anyway because there was no point in going straight home then because they were already caught up in the traffic earlier.
The mass at San Roque was fast paced compared to the Carmelite church that we attended in last year.
After the mass, we ate dinner at Xtremely Xpresso and we all went our separate ways afterwards.
I didn't exactly expect to still be writing at 3:35 in the morning. So yeah, I'm gonna sleep now. Tomorrow I'll teach myself Morse Code and hopefully save Hyrule once and for all.
I do hope the next Zelda title for the 3DS will either be a remake of a previous Zelda title or a new Zelda title altogether. If they do plan to release a remake, I would really hope for a Wind Waker and Twilight Princess remake. But the former seems to be more rational seeing as Twilight Princess is still too young for a remake.
Oh and of course Majora's Mask is also a good choice. It all depends. We're waiting Nintendo! Make it a good one.
This view always makes me think "The Cicadas cry on Summer Afternoons" |
