I'm posting all these because the atmosphere in our house yesterday was quite heavy.
First off, Happy Belated Easter everyone!
Despite the universal celebration of Christians (particularly Catholics in our area) the Easter Sunday went by quietly with some public celebrations on several parishes. The "Salubong" of the arrival of the Risen Lord on our town's parish was around 4 am in the morning yesterday. I was still up around that time but clearly groggy because of all the activities the night before.
Yesterday was a free day for all of us. No work and all fun on my part except on the evening when I was forced to do my sister's homework.
I owe a lot to my sister, yes, but it's a different thing when I do her homework and let her simply copy it. Of course, I'm being a hypocrite here because she was the one who did most of my art projects in high school but if only she'd study the lessons first and try it for herself.
Anyway, in the early afternoon I managed to clear the Spirit Temple with only few troubles on my way. Compared to all the other dungeons in Ocarina of Time, the Spirit Temple was the easiest. Even the boss battle against Kotake and Koume, and their combined form Twinrova was pretty straightforward and lacked the enraging part found on the other temples. However, despite its meek difficulty the dungeon design was made for a top-notch dungeon explorer most especially with the Anubis and the utilization of the Mirror Shield.
After conquering the Spirit Temple, Link has one final talk with Nabooru, earns the Spirit Medallion then transfers back to the Temple of Time. There he meets Sheik who explains the legend of the Triforce and how earning all three will gain mastery of the world. Sheik states that Ganon already has the Triforce of Power, Link has the Triforce of Courage and Sheik, revealing herself to be Princess Zelda all along, as the one who possesses the Triforce of Wisdom, and also the seventh sage.
Zelda explains their current situation and gives Link the Light Arrow. An earthquake suddenly occurs and Zelda is trapped inside violet foce field cast by Ganon who takes the Princess away.
Link proceeds to Ganon's Castle and the other six sages makes a bridge for Link to pass through.
BUT LINK HAS A DAMN GRAPPLING HOOK!
I left Hyrule for a while because I know I'm in for one of the hardest boss fights in a long time so I better prep up.
Meanwhile on the real world, the people back here are again at war against each other on how to take care of this and that. There's no clear answer for anyone of these people here.
In the evening, my mom reminded my sister about her take home quiz in Analytic Geometry to be passed tomorrow and I ended up getting the terrible headache. I frowned for the rest of the evening and my mom ended up furious with me.
Why the damn why? (wai-what?)
They're all being a bunch of hypocrites again. Telling me to do something right when they can't even do it themselves. I don't even have the right to get disappointed because apparently the one who's older has the right to always get angry because even if they're wrong, they're still damn right!
Fuck logic, huh?
