Summer Daze 16

Today is a very special day because it's my mom's birthday! She turns 45 today, yet her face remains that of a 44 year old lady.

here's a badly edited pic for the occasion
We celebrated in the evening at the Sakura Japanese Restaurant. The place has a bit of a traditional feel to it based on the decorations but it has an overall modern feel. The things that modernizes it are the uniform (I bet they'd look amazing in Japanese traditional clothing) of the staff, the tables and chairs and the form of the VIP rooms. Aside from aesthetics, they also have a lot (and I mean a LOT) of food on their menu. Some are the already famous dishes found in every Japanese restaurants such as ebi tempura, takoyaki, beef bowls etc., and then there are also those that catch the eyes the moment the page is turned such as their wide selection of sushi, noodles and their seafood dishes.

Let me Shoyu my Shoyu Ramen...get it? get it?
My order was Shoyu Ramen and it did justice to the picture shown in their menu and whatever ramen Naruto is always seen eating at Ichiraku.
The staff were kind, the restaurant is welcoming and their dishes were absolutely amazing. If there's a better description for delicious it should be "that which gives the mouth crazy orgasms".

If my wallet permits it and the mood of my mom or grandmother are great maybe we'll return to Sakura soon. They've caught my taste buds and it'll probably stay there for a long time.
Right then, aside from the family celebration this evening my quest in saving Hyrule of both present and future has been put to a halt because I had to catch up with some quests in A Link Between Worlds.
Call me crazy for saying this but don't you think A Link Between Worlds is far less challenging and short compared to other Zelda titles? Or I may be mistaken because I still have two dungeons to go including Lorule Castle. But rest assured, every adventure with Link is a fun and memorable one regardless of length and difficulty. My only problem is that I have no Zelda title in stock to keep me from running rampant longing for a new adventure with Link and Zelda.
