So my mom and I are back here in my dorm at the University.
I didn't think that we'd be traveling under the scorching heat of the sun but we did and I have never been in a complete daze in the afternoon. The heat haze was really annoying and irritating, because of that I had my sleep fragmented for the majority of our three bus trips going to College, Laguna.
We arrived at the University around 3:45 pm. The first thing that I did was pick up my class card at the cubicle of my ENG 2 instructor. I got a grade of 2.00 for ENG 2 and I'm happy that my instructor "enjoyed reading" my Library Research Paper.
I spent the whole afternoon relaxing but even with three metal fans blowing with all their might, the howling winds from these mechanical rotors powered by electricity were still not enough to expel the heat brought by the hot and bright lamp that hangs in the sky known as the Sun.
Still the heat didn't prevent me from running a marathon of a few of the anime titles that I have stored in Rozalin.
Right now, the evening is still not forgiving. Switch just one fan off and you suddenly feel the heat kissing your face. It's cute for the heat to be so sweet but not if too much of it can lead to death (ha! you said "deet" instead of "death").
Anyway, I finally had two of the dishes that I've been craving for since vacation started. Mom treated me to Kowloon's Jumbo Siopao and Chowking's Fiesta Halo-Halo~ and I never greeted those calories a warmer welcome into my belly.
I had another round of mental-verbal abuse against the creators of this game called Castlevania: Lords of Shadow: Mirror of Fate. I've already completed 48% so far and the only reason why I'm so slow in progressing with the damn game is because it's so damn bad I don't even know how it was awarded "Best of E3" back in 2012.
Well then, I need to sleep early (despite the time already being 11:30), tomorrow is day 2 of Ozine Fest and it's really rewarding to be one of the early birds to fall in line. I haven't seen any serious online discussions about the first day, maybe it's still warming up in its new venue.
Sore ja, oyasumi.
