Summer Daze 28

Yes, multi-blogging. I'm now working on this post while the pictures uploads on my other post (Hylian Shield Progress Report 2).

We went to Olongapo today. Did some groceries (no, we actually bought them), bought milk for my nephew and attended the mass at San Roque Chapel.
Even at May the heat haze is still unforgiving. Usually the temperature would be going down a few notches signaling the incoming rainy daze, errm, days.
Our last stop for the day was to eat dinner at Harbor Point. But first before anything else, mom and I went to a few shops in search for acrylic paint and a comfortable case for her mobile phone.
We found all the acrylic I needed at Handyman (it was there all along!). Mom got her phone case at some shop in the hallway near GroundZero.

I tried to resist not browsing the shelves of Data Blitz but I ultimately gave in to eyegasm. There weren't any new titles on the shelves but some of the titles that I've been eyeing for weeks now were still in stock. My current wishlist in 3DS titles are Virtues Last Reward, Resident Evil: Revelations, Mario Kart 7 and Paper Mario: Sticker Star. The DS titles on my playlist are 999, Dawn of Sorrow (I already played the game with R4 but there's nothing like the real deal) and Pokemon White (or Black) version 2 (yep, I missed generation 5 of Pokemon).

We ate at Wendy's and made a final stop at Watson's before going home. Oh and by the way, this struck me as spectacular. I've never seen a green fire hydrant before. IT'S A SHINY!
I started painting the Hylian Shield the moment we got home but despite my motivation I ended up only finishing until the design of the triforce.

the summon crest for creativity
I'll probably get the skeleton of the Master Sword tomorrow and finish the Hylian Shield (at least until everything else dries and fits into place).

Right, goodnight.

Oh, another by the way...May the 4th be with you all! (assuming there are more than three people who read my blog).
It's also the anniversary of my blog...not that anyone would actually care. All everyone wants is the damn "nerdgasm" that is found in the name of this day's pun. Damn force.
